Jakarta, CNN Indonesia - PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) achieve the pre-sale (marketing sales) of about Rp 1 trillion as of May 2016. The current figure represents 32.25 percent of the target marketing sales to end the year at 3.1 trillion.
Ivy Wong, Director of Business Development Pakuwon Jati said vertical housing or highrise project contributed the highest marketing contribution, namely 60 percent. Meanwhile, landed house contributed for 40 percent. Ivy predict Pakuwon Jati is able to achieve sales of Rp 1.2 trillion in the first half of 2016. Currently, she said, Pakuwon Jati is developing an office in the superblock Kota Kasablanka, superblock Tunjungan City in Jakarta and Surabaya. In addition, the company is also developed condominium in Pakuwon City township, East Surabaya.
According to Ivy Wong, the company will sell the condominiums around Rp 400 million - Rp 600 million per unit. Currently, Pakuwon Jati deliberately choose the middle class segment as consumers.
"Because we were in Pakuwon City is already finished and perhaps the land prices are already expensive, Rp 12 million - Rp 15 million psm. We prefer to concentrate on the middle class for highrise projects," she explained, Monday (27/6) ,
For condominium project, she added, the company will create 850 units in the first year. The Company intentionally does not make a lot of units in the first year, because it created an exclusive condominium. "The first year may be 850 units, deliberately because it is more exclusive. We will be launching several stages," she explained. According to the plan, three building development can be launched in the third quarter or fourth this year. Ivy is targeting new projects that can help the company achieve pre-sales ( marketing sales ) of Rp 700 billion - Rp 900 billion.
For information, Pakuwon Jati allocated capital expenditure (capex) of Rp 2.5 trillion during 2016. As of March 2016, the capex has already absorbed Rp 852 billion. (Ags)
