Dengan nilai investasi Rp5,6 triliun, proyek tahap pertama seluas 12,7 hektar mencakup pusat perbelanjaan seluas 134.000 m⊃2;, piazza berkapasitas 5.000 orang, Exhibition & Convention Hall, serta hotel bintang 4 dan 5 dengan total 538 kamar.
Berlokasi strategis di kawasan premium Gombel, Pakuwon Mall Semarang diharapkan dapat beroperasi pada 2029 dan menjadi destinasi baru yang memperkuat sektor pariwisata, pusat rekreasi keluarga, sekaligus memberi kontribusi positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah, penyerapan tenaga kerja, dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
